About the WNY Medicaid Service Coordination Institute

The WNY Medicaid Service Coordination Institute provides competency-based trainings to Medicaid Service Coordinators (MSC) and MSC Supervisors in the WNY DDSO service area. These trainings are designed to enhance the skills of an MSC or MSC Supervisor through interactive sessions and hands-on workshops. These trainings provide the tools necessary for MSCs to become awesome and effective service coordinators to the individuals and families they assist. The Institute offers the following:
 
  • A series of three day-long trainings scheduled on a regular basis throughout the year
  • Limited enrollment in trainings
  • Earn Continuing Education Units (18 CEU credits per training series)

Note: Participants must have completed the CORE prior to attending these sessions
